Is there an age requirement for children?
We can care for children ages 2 months to 9 years old.
Our full-time service focuses on infants and toddlers, but because CozyKin Nannies have experience caring for a wide age range of children we wanted to offer more options for short-term care. We know the need for last-minute care doesn’t have an age limit!
Where is Care On Demand available?
Care On Demand is currently available in the Greater Boston Area as well as Manhattan, Brooklyn and parts of Queens.
Not sure if your neighborhood is serviceable? Fill out the request form and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can.
How many children can you care for?
We can provide care for up to 3 children.
How much notice is needed for Care On Demand?
For weekday requests, we need at least 3 hours’ notice to be able to provide you with a nanny. However, we might be able to turn around your request faster (and will certainly try to!)
We are able to take weekday care requests starting at 7:30am. So, if you requested care at 7:30am, we should be able to arrange a 10:30am start. If you need care to start at 7:30am, it would need to be booked the day prior.
For weekend requests, requests must be received by Friday at noon.
Is there a minimum or maximum time commitment?
Yes. The minimum time commitment to use Care On Demand is 4 hours. The maximum number of hours we can provide for one day is 11 hours.
Does Care On Demand accept sick children?
No, unfortunately we cannot commit to caring for sick children. We will be unable to care for children who have a contagious sickness or have shown cold signs in the past 12 hours.
